Hi Facebook,
I know that you try to do the best for you customers every time but I have a really big issue with my Ad Account . Unfortunately I recognized some transaction caused by an ad which was not created by me . My account was inactive in period 5March - 13 April 2020.
Ad created with name of "pptyj" is definitely NOT created by me. This ad was created as I investigated my account in 23 March 07:06 AM for a video ad. After my limit of 125 RON as it was in the past for all my ads was targeted the ad were changed you can see in the picture history attached. Few times my limit of money target for ad was changed from initially 125 RON to 200-->300--> 500 RON, but the payment confirmation were failed. It's clear that I didn't had money on my credit card until 10 of April(salary day) when a lot of withdrawn were done ! What is this Ad for ???? Is not related with my Facebook Page or Ad Administrated which was used before,so something is not good in here.
I would attach all necessary information for your verification and I would like to have all my money back because this type of withdrawn is not normal .
Also please check that I had always ads for Jobs and have nothing to do with this ad created with cleaning tools for house or what is it .
All my activity from facebook ad , it was on the same time a lot of changes ! please review the picture !
I beg you please check this problem is NOK and I need to be confirmed and money back ! Thank you in advance !
After my notification I have blocked all my credit card because of not recognized withdrawn because it still continue .

I did not use my account since 6 March (you can check this with IP or what alternative do you have ).
Yesterday (12.04.2020) I get a lot of notification from my Bank mobile application because some transaction was done from my credit card . I have check my account and someone did a fraud my account and create an ads with no limited money with 3000 RON per day starting with 23 March with edit on 26 March 11:11 AM. Please let me have my money back ! I did not create this and no one from my family did not create this ! I just blocked all my credit card by calling my bank. I just opened a ticket to the Police and I've created Decline File to all my banks in order to get my money back ! Please understood my point of view and review my activity on Facebook customer account with No. 660293444428407 . Ads created not by me have the name "pptyj" and it look like is an advertising for a web site getcoolstore.com which I did not recognize it ! Please check my account i did never create an ads with value bigger than 100 RON ! If I can not solve this by easy way because is a big issue and not from my fault I will call my lawyer !

It looks like I am not the only one who have this problem . I will make everything is needed for having my money back !

Lost money

Hello, In 22.01.2019, 10 tranzactions were made from my cont without my authorisation. i need to know as soon as possible the reason for these 10 tranzaction, to stop them and also to reject the next ones if will be further. Please send me back the money and stop these tranzaction.

This ad was not created by me, and as my money was withdrawn this amount of 1,178.10 lei from my account as the proof is seen from the history that it was tried on the same day to make payment confirmation but failed (Reference number CH5N7KJAC2) id 6104434406833 after which another order is made (Reference number FH5N7KJAC2) which is accepted at some secude, and the money in the bank becomes debit in the FB account, the advertisement is related to ???? UK_FR_DE
From January 3, 2019, 21:58 I do not even find a page where I am an administrator and on 4 Jan 2019, 00:55 there is a payment request (S2PHCJAAC2 reference number) but it is not accepted because contu has already been blocked by me at the bank. I attach attached images and I would like the amount to be returned back to my bank account.
