You have been taking out way to much money that what you were authorized to take out. I have been writing the amounts and dates down and so far you have charged around $25.00 more than what you were suppose to. It gets pretty bad when you can't trust a game company to do right by their customers so we can have some fun.-------As of May 13, 2014, you have no more right to take out any money from my account. I am keeping a copy of this letter and if you continue to charge, I will get me a lawyer and we can go to court.
Also, please send my $25.00 back or give it to me in my games. I trusted you and look what you did to me. What is this world coming to?
