I have to review my complaint about FactoryFast, apparently the mattress IS the item I ordered but very disappointed in the quality and appearance. Silly of me to buy a mattress on line anyway and a cheap one at that.

On the 17th March, 2015 I ordered from FactoryFast a Palermo Pillow Top Pocket Spring Posture Double Mattress which including postage cost around $300 but I got instead a cheap plastic blow up mattress rolled up in a box. I have complained to the company and was told to send pictures of the item I received which I did. Then I got a reply days later after I emailed them again, that that was what I ordered which most definitely was NOT. I sent them the invoice for the item I ordered as well and the difference in cost is about $150 which clearly states that the order was in fact a fabric Palermo Pillow Top Pocket Spring Posture Mattress. If only I had have read all the many, many reviews by dissatisfied customers, I would NEVER have used this dodgy company.

Please, Please, avoid purchasing from this mob. I ordered a bed head. The cc is debited immediately but the goods don't arrive. You try calling, finding out what's happening and of course, NOTHING. However, for all you other people about to suffer, if purchasing from them, here are some important details: there is a distribution warehouse in Matraville. The address is 88 Perry street, Matraville, around back of street front property. You can access it from the driveway. Their contact number is: (02) 8068-4109. You may get Jay (but really Jason, I think) or Vac. Who knows, it all appears dodgy so be cautious.

I have no doubt that some people get their goods but probably most don't. In any case, I simply spoke to the bank and lodged a 'dispute' and they will chase it up with them and refund my money within 10 days.

PLEASE, AVOID THESE PEOPLE.
