loss of Farm cash and support team insults
I've been playing Farmville on Facebook for quite a while and have only had to contact support recently due to the game not loading correctly and therefore my farm cash disappearing. The 1st time I contacted them, they just added the "farm cash" back to the game and didn't fix the problem. It disappeared again the next day. Then when I contacted them the 2nd time they accused me of not being honest about it. Support is absolutely worthless and I will not play a game where I am insulted by their support team. Games are suppose to be "fun" not insulting!
