Sadly, I was a long-time customer with Farona Jewelry Inc, and only recently realized that when I was being waited on by one sales clerk another was robbing me. Once when I went into Farona Jewelry Inc. to make a purchase and was asked if I wanted to have my rings cleaned and once when I went to have a ring made and was told that my finger needed to be sized; both times I left missing a ring that they claimed not to have seen me wearing when I entered the store. Not realizing that I was being robbed, I even referred a friend, who also left the store missing a ring and she was also told that they had not to have seen her wearing the ring when she entered the store.

It's really a shame because they do beautiful work, but I cannot afford to get robbed everything I make a purchase!!!
