I have been waiting for my parcel for 3 week. The courier said they missed me on the first time and left a card. I redirect my parcel through the website but seems that website is not working(they have to check their system). I called them on friday the guy that picked up my phone said that it will be delivered on monday. By monday 5pm nothing has delivered. I called again on tuesday 12.30pm. A lady said it will be delivered within 2 business days so iw will be delivered by today maximum 5pm.and well again nothing. I call again Wednesday a lady pick up and said it will be delivered on Friday apparently my request has not been inform yet.isn't it ridiculous?my concern is i have been arranged someone to stay at home just to pick up my parcel,and it has been few days. Why not telling me that ur parcel will be delivered on friday?!?!?instead saying monday then tuesday then now friday. I shopped online a lot and i personally think this is the worst ever.
