Lost article
I had an article sent from Jakarta. The article landed in Sydney on the 28/09/19. Never attempted to deliver. Address given was my work address. Then i was away at that point they SMS me for which I replied.
On my return I contacted and they said that they needed an alternate address which I gave. I regularly called sent email and sms asking why the article (my phone) was not delivered to me. Lastly I got a message the article has been destroyed. It was a phone worth 600 AUD.
They now claim it was destroyed

Package did not arrived
Ive been expecting my package with tracking num A16, we’ve been waiting at home but no one showed up. And then recieved an SMS for pick up? They noever ahowed up and then asking for me to pick up the item? I have a 1 year old at home and not covenientyo gp out just to pick up the item, if that’s the case I should havr not asked for it to deliver. I called and been told that they will schedule it again, the lady on the phone its been pn schedule and should arrive by Monday or Tuesday. We’ve waited for it and called again Tuesday and they confirmed that its on schedule that day but nothing showed up. Until Thursday nothing showed up, so I called the call center, very frustrated because the call center seems like doesnt know whats the pain for waiting in a week for the item to arrive. As if they cantdo anything and The only thing left is wait at home until it arrived, very very frustrated, i even asked to give me a call before sending then item but atill they cant do it? Seriously and with all frustration the lady on the phone dropped the call? Seriously? A call center customer service? Very bad service!!!!
