Delayed Delivery
I received an email stating my parcel is out for delivery on the 22nd September , early the morning no delivery happened that day. I called on the 26th the lady advised my parcel will be delivered on the 27th. I asked her why the next day and not today, she advised because its not in the driver schedule.
What a joke! It was on his schedule the 22nd but no parcel was delivered.
I will never be using them again.

Michael Kors missing samples
This is my 2nd delivery gone missing with this company. The first was in March of my Michael Kors sample perfume. After fighting with them all this time I received yet another email saying new consignment to be deliver in the next few days . Exactly as the first when I start tracking it said my parcel was delivered now. I have also received Tom Ford perfume was received but yet the Michael Kors goes missing and then they use the dates of the Tom Ford to through you off course this is daylight robbery and becoming a serious problem within fastway and yet nothing gets done full if promises and lies, even the franchisee George Marang of Paris branch visited my home with all sorts of false promises. We cannot trust courier companies like this if this is what we get. I want something done about this courier company they don't recall calls or emails.
