Wrong parcel

They were supposed to deliver a parcel to me, and I received the wrong one and got a phone call after from someone stating that they have received my actual parcel and I got theirs.

I then contacted Fastway Pretoria and states they will try and get the courier to pick up and call me back and I have not received any response.

I tried to get in contact with Fastway Pretoria multiple times after but they do not answer me or once they answer, the line drops.

I have tried to email them as well and no one can assist me.

Poor Service

Worst service at the Pretoria Branch and rudest Driver.
My company opened a pre paid account with Fastway couriers in August 2019.
I have about 4-5 packages per day that go out.
I was never given a timetable for the driver or where he will be at certain times. Was just told that I must phone before 15h30 for a collection.
When I contact the driver he is always rude, gets to my premises- cannot greet, doesnt even look up, grabs parcels out of my hands and just leaves without any words exchanged.
I contacted the offices on a Friday at 16h00 and despite their messages and answering service that says they are open until 17h00. No answer.
I asked for a parcel to be picked up on one Friday before 11h00 as our company had a function- had no response.
After 10h15 when I phoned the rude driver he told me that he will only be in my area after 13h00.

I then left our premises to do a delivery for a client about 1km from our premises and found the driver there at 10h45 in my area- Was which tells me that he was being spiteful to not come to me the time I requested.
He was in my area at the time but just refused to do my pickup.

The Monday I contacted him to ask to pickup the parcel that they never collected and of course he said he can only come after 16h00.
I then laid a complaint at his offices- and of course I am wrong ad the client.
I have requested a refund for my prepaid account and now my mails just gets ignored.
I contacted the offices in Rivonia- they sent a mail to Pretoria and then the branch lies and says that the driver was at my premises twice that day. Lies and more lies.
When I have in fact a mail that states he will only be there after 16h00 and my proof of where he came into my main gate at 16h13 only once that day.
Seems like they just want companies money but do not want to give the service we have paid for in advance.
Up to now I have not had one phone call about my complaint.
