VERY BAD SERVICE
HAI AND GOOD EVERNING POS LAJU. I UNDERSTAND THAT URE BUSY WITH ALL THOSE PARCEL BUT WHY U TOO SOOOO LONG TO ARRIVE AT MY ADDRESS. U HAVE YOUR BUSINESS, SO AM I. MY PARCEL ALREADY STUCK AT PUCHONG FOR ABOUT A WEEK ALREADY. WHYYYY?! I NEED THOSE ASAP. IM AN ONLINE BUSINESS, IF FOR 1,2 DAYS DELAY I CAN ACCEPT. BUT IT IS ALREADY A WEEK! WHO CAN MANAGER TI WAIT THAT LONG WITH NO UPDATE?! CAN MY ITEM PLESE TRANSIT TO NEXT STATION ASAP. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE. WE PAY FOR POSLAJU BECAUSE WE IT TO BE FAST, NOT SLOW!
