Fraud transaction

Good day,
again, I am asking for an immediate refund of my money back on my account in amount of 24 euros, that you have withdrawn from my account without my permission.
I'm asking for an explanation of how Facebook got to my account, which I do not have stated on my facebook page.
As soon as possible, I'm asking for the correction.
I did not activate any additional services, so I'm asking you to get back my money, which you illegaly withdrawn.
