Who is in Charge

I would like to know if the drivers are in charge of the Ontario, CA Fed Ex Delivery Department?

I paid my bank (USAA) an $8 2-3 day service of my new credit card, which would have been today 7 Jun 2018. The delivery tracking # said 7 Jun, by 1030am. At approximately 1045 I logged in to check the status, which stated an attempted delivery was made before 10 am, and that customer not available.

I immediately called around 11 am & spoke to a supervisor, in which left a message for the driver to make a re-attempt.

I called back around 1:30 & spoke to another supervisor & was told: No the driver did not come to your door, the driver was not able to enter the complex. But earlier I had asked a worker if they seen the Fed Ex and was told yes around 0930 & he was inside the complex.

I then went and asked the manager at my apartment complex office just to ensure and get a second answer. I was told again that Fed Ex has access to enter our complex. So I believe the driver left, then noticed my package & typed that customer was not available to cover himself. Then after I had called, then said he could not get into the gate.

So I then called back a third time and asked for the supervisor, which heard my complaint and sent a message back without himself coming to the phone, that "He knows the driver, he is a good driver & did try to make the attempt"& that if I want my package today, I can come there to get it before 7:30 pm.

So what ever happen to the RE-ATTEMPT" that the supervisor told him to do. How could no one have contacted me and let me know he went home already and I was still waiting for the Re Attempt". I don't understand who is in charge???

Reckless Driver

You should keep in the right lane except to pass. You are nothing more than a terrorist on the highway, and you were breaking the law yourself. It selfish drivers who go slow in the center lane are maggots. They are the lowest form of scum on earth.

Reckless Driver

Do you not remember basic drivers education 101? SLOWER TRAFFIC KEEP RIGHT. People like you who refuse to follow proper driving etiquette are what causes people to shoot others on the highways. If you can not drive the speed limit, either get over or park that son of a bitch. People like you are why I can never drive with my pistol.

Reckless Driver

I was driving east bound on Interstate 80-294 going in Indiana. The weather was cold about 35 degrees and sleeting. I was traveling at about 58 mph in a 55 zone in the center lane when a FedEx truck pulled in behind me doing about 70 mph. He pulled within about 3 feet of my rear bumper in an attempt to get me to speed up or change lanes. I could not speed up as there was another vehicle in front of me so I pulled to into the left lane and the FedEx truck proceeded to pull next to me and do the same thing to the vehicle in front of me. That vehicle did not move and the FedEx truck made an abrupt lane change to the right in attempt to go around the vehicle in front of me but got slowed down in the right lane. I then changed lanes again and the FedEx driver did the exact same thing again pulling very close to my rear bumper. I sped up a little to about 65 mph which is over the limit, but I want to get out of his way. The FedEx driver then pulled to the right lane and passed me going in excess of 65-70 mph and proceeded to give me the middle finger and pass me by. It was at this time that I got the numbers on his cab being 113971.
