End of May I aaplied for my FGB Credit card. Verification was done dated 1st & 2nd June 2017. Till date no information if the card has been approved or rejected.

When I send an email to the Territory Manager – Consumer Banking Group (Mr. Deepak Thakur) I was told the card has been dispatched and also provided me the AWB No

COURIER COMPANY : EMPOST
On Tracking with the provided AWB No I find that the card has been delivered to someone in Abu Dhabi. I have been sending emails to the Territory Manager – Consumer Banking Group since 29th June but no response from his end.

I want immediate action if my card is delivered to someone else or I want my documents back with a letter from the bank that no credit card was issued to me till date. As i cannot run around from pillar to post saying this is not my bill & I have never received the card.
