I have never had more issues with a company in my life! To start off with the meter reader that came out to my house, beat my dog and gave him seizures. After that I've had nothing but issues. I've had multiple months that I have been charged over $800 for one month of water service. I came home tonight to no meter in my ground after being asked to leave my gate open so they could change meters. My neighbor had a new meter well I do not. I have called probably 100 times tonight due to the fact that I keep getting hung up on. I have been nothing but nice, trying to find out what's going on. After being told for two hours that a technician was on his way, it is now 11 o'clock and they told me they will not be sending anyone out because of an outstanding $800. I have a 900 square-foot house, no way in hell that my water bill is that expensive. After questioning the first few extremely outrageous water bills, I have not been able to check my billing statements and pay statements at all. The company refuses to send me anything on payment. This company is nothing but fishy, I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau, and getting an attorney.

This water company FGUA actually charges people in Lehigh Acres, Florida, for water that has been turned off now in an empty property, for 3 years, they are charging me $38 per month for water thats not being used. Their excuse is that i am being charged because thier equipment is on my property. I said well remove it from MY PROPERTY or i will start charging you rent. This has got to be Illegal. they are screwing people left right and center. and said they can do it as long as i own the house.
