A collection reported on 03/17 by NATIONAL CREDIT (ON BEHALF OF FIDO) in the amount of $440.their reference DC453518 is TOTYALLY FALSE.

This amount represents a debt to FIDO by JAN WALGRAEVE (my son) who used to live at the same address. NEVER did I have a mobile phone from FIDO, neither did I ever sign a contract with FIDO.
FIDO made several phone calls to me personally trying to collect the claimed amount and as I told the your representative SEVERAL TIMES that this debt is not mine and contact JAN WALGRAEVE as I am not responsible for his debts. My son gave your customer service dept., my phone number while lIving with me.
FIDO is creating a prejudice to my name ANTOINE WALGRAEVE and credit rating and they must immediately clear this false report from my credit record.

FAILURE TO DO SO WILL PROMPT IN IMMEDIATE LEGAL ACTION FOR "SLANDER of your ill practise.
