My name is Veronica Bowers and I call the Bank on 5-10-18 to ask them to transfer money from my 360 card to my checking account. I was told that they may not be able to and then was told to turn on my overdraft in my settings and they will overdraft my account.

I ask how does that work and she told me they will charge me 37.00 for overdraft on every day until it is paid. Well on 5-14-18 I made 5 overdrafts that day. I new I was going to have my check deposited on 5-16-18. So I though I would be charged 37.00 overdraft for that day.

So I continue to check my account and my overdrafts I did for that day came up to 120.00 and the next day they put a 74.00 overdraft on my account. So the total came up to 194.00. Well on 5-15-18 a relative put 20.00 dollars in my account so now it was 174.00 in the negative.

On 5-16-18 my account my check was deposited for 391.00 that left me with 216.00 after they take the 174.00 out I made a few payments and then I saw that they take another 74.00 overdraft fee out. I go to the bank and the bank men gave me credit for one and told me he could not find out about the other until tomorrow.

I came home and call spoke to a lady and she tell me that there was chargers on 5-15-18 and that is what made another overdraft fee. Watch there were know other chargers at all I charged everything on that one day 5-14-18 and now I am left with 2 dollars. If the customer service lady would have never told me to turn on the overdraft then told me i would only be charged once a day at 37.00 a day I would have my 117.00 dollars right now.
