I just spoke to my bank and traced monthly deductions for $39.77 going to ccbilleu.com. In speaking with ccbilleu, I found that Filthydates.com is receiving these payments. I asked for authorization backup detail but they couldn't help me with any details since they merely get a directive to make these withdrawals. My bank is looking into the charges but due to these withdrawals this month, I was overdrawn on my checking account which will cost me an additional $37.00. So I am out a total of $76.77.
I am furious that I can't find out any details and I should be able to find out who authorized these deductions and have copies of those papers giving this authorization. I am currently at a brick wall and we need to have ways of stopping this fraudulent activity!
