I had a similar bad experience with Fine Living Concept, Kothrud. The product was delivered very late and had to have repeated reminders and phone calls and visit to the shop to get it delivered. The quality and finishing is quite bad and started malfunctioning within a year. When I visited them to get it repaired, it was again the same lies and excuses all over again. They are not professional at all and cheat consumers. We need to file complain against them or atleast raise awareness by posting complaints online.
