I, SameenaBegum bringing this facts to notice, my neighbour's H.No. 75 & H.No.76 situated at NRR Puram colony, Borabanda, has illegally trespass into the Govt property Land which is beside road and attached to the allotted huda property near to road and extended & constructed boundaries which is not at all according to allotment of the Huda Housing Society. but Society leaders pass General power of Attorney to them with out any written letter to H. No. 74, since we gave complaint letter to GHMC, L. Date: 14/10/2008 as well as to the president of the NRR Puram Govt. Class IV Employees, Housing Society Ltd. L. 14/12/2013. GHMC all ready demolished the constructed boundaries at the time they construction has been start later they again constructed boundaries and encroached the land which is totally belonging to the Govt. we gave complaint to Municipal Admin & Secretariat date on 16/10/2017 & they Rec ivied L. No. 309752/2017 has forwarded to Assistant city planner, Circle 10B regards, K Sathyanarayana regarding this boundaries housing H.No. H 75& H.No.G 76 & extended boundaries with out any proper title deed.
