ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Extra charge for second driver, additional insurance we told them we didn't need, upgrade not requested and worse than the car we requested, fuel policy changed.We feel £300 has been stolen from us! Last year we got a good deal from them and stupidly trusted them this year.

extra charge to my card
I rented a car off your company from 04/07 - 08/07 I paid in full on my card on the day I arrived yet an extra charge of £36.83 has been took out of my account today 23/07 for no reason with no explanation why? can someone get back to me immediately?

No money back
We rented a car and returned it the 23 of june 2018 in Malaga. Firefly hasnt payed us back our money, about 220 euro, and the other day we noticed a new withdrawal, 40 euro, the 11 of july!!!!! We have been home 2 weeks!!! They now owe us 260 euro!!!! Have tried to email you, call you with no response!!!! Respond us please,

Additional Payment
To whom it may concern,
I hired a car with yourselves from the 6th to 10 April and the company was terrific with the car and paperwork and I was extremely happy with the customer service. However on the 22nd May I had a charge of 26 pounds and 81 pence taken off my credit card. There has been no explanation as to why this has occurred. Please can I have some clarification as to why this payment has come out of my account, so long after the payments were made. If this is a mistake, please can the same amount of money be reimbursed to me asap.

Double payment for car rental
Double payment
I just sent an e-mail to the Rome airport office of Firefly Car Rental which seems to be a subsidiary of Hertz Company.
I have made an online reservation on August 24, 2015 for a period from September 13 to September 23 and have made a prepayment which has been charged from my banking account on the same day.
I took the car at Pisa Airport where the rental agreement has been established and returned the car at Rome airport as foreseen in the rental agreement.
I now see that my banking account has been charged two times : first on August 24 and the second time on September 24, i.e. the day after I returned the car in Rome.
I cannot understand how things like that can happen, especially as the rental agreement mentioned expressedly that a prepayment had been made.
Consequently, I certainly will never again rent a car at Firefly.
