Additional charges

Paid on line, said I didn't want any insurance, show them the car when I gave it back, they looked at it everywhere, checked inside, showed them the receipt of the petrol/fuel put before in arrived to leave the car full, everything was ok and then they charged to my credit card 105.35 euros!!!!!
The car was rented at Alicante Airport. Booking number750073861.
