Clearance letter request

I have sent several requests and reminder letters to provide a "No due clearance certificate" for which I have fully paid all the dues as agreed through FAB SETTLEMENT LETTER for my Account No. >>>> >>>> AED175060100.

So far no response from any of the bank Representatives. My last payment made was 27th December 2019.

Representatives whom I have contacted via email are Namely Mr. Ashish Rupani, Mr.Nishant Baindur, Mr. Mustakim Shaikh.

I have attached the receipts of my payments made towards my out standings repayment. I have done it with due respect whole heartedly.

But it is unfair that you could not provide me the NO due certificate till now.

Your immediate response would be appreciated.
