I made a call Today in your customer service hotline +971 600525500 at around 3.25PM (duration of call 20:45mins) to one your customer representative name Mr. ABHIGYAN.

I asked for clarification regarding my statement for June 2018 on the Billed Finance Charges AED 357.01 posted on 15/06/2018. He is not giving me the right answer, I have some doubts as I have paid AED 8900 out of my total outstanding AED 9014 for May 2018 statement. Therefore, I only have AED 114 unpaid balance which is a very minimal amount but Mr. ABHIGYAN told me that the Billed Finance Charges of AED 357.01 will still be the charges even if I paid AED 8900. What kind of understanding he has? How come the interest is doubled than the unpaid amount of only AED 114??? I need you to help me to recheck for this Billed Finance Charges of AED 357.01 as I cannot pay for this unreasonable amount!!!Told him to transfer the call to his manager but he is not transferring and he even trying to drop the call.

I've been a loyal customer in FGB for almost 6 years now and I expect support for this matter. Sorry but your representative Mr. Abhigyan is not helpful nor not the kind of staff I'm expecting for a prestigious company like FGB.
