Poor Service aand co-operation
I have requested the Transfer policy document 3 times to be emailed to me and none has arrived. When calling the Flexiclub each person has a different explanation and are deliberately annoying me. They are behaving very unprofessional. I have logged call backs more than 20 times. I was on hold for more than 40-60 minutes trying to get hold of them. Each time they got a petty story and then confirms that the document has been emailed to me. On all 3 occasions i spelt out the email address. I believe that this is a tactful strategy to annoy people wanting to transfer their membership and is a management strategy that comes from above. All employees cannot be behaving in the same unprofessional manner.
