Damaged and dead arrival product by Flipkart

Dear complaint board team

I have purchased MARQ AC 1.5 AC on march 7th and product is delivered To me on 10th march 2020 which it is damaged product and again I have complaint to replace the product and same they have replaced on march 20th this product is also dead arrival product it is confirmed by technician and again from then onwards I am regularly followup with Flipkart team as well as to Jeevan consultancy to arrange new product but there is no proper response from both vendors and hence we requesting you kindly accept the complaint and please resolve my issue by refunding the amount or arranging new product from vendors

Hello Sir, this is Bijesh Vaishnaw from rajahmundry (andhra pradesh) , i have made a purchase of rupees 136899/- on FLIPKART APP on 8th of october 2018 Monday for which the payment was made successfully from SBI credit card but the order wasn't completed by FLIPKART, i have immediately called FLIPKART and they assured me that the money will be reflected back to my credit card within 3 (three) working days, but this did not happened yet. So as they assured me to return back the payment, I did an other purchase of the same products again on that same date where this time the payment and order both got successfully done and products also got delivered to me. But to my astonishment when I got my credit card bill due statement which generates regularly on 12th of every month, it showed that I was not revised with the amount which was paid to FLIPKART for an unsuccessful order transaction. For this i again called the FLIPKART and they looked into the situation and told me to be patient, and this is the same thing being told to me from past 2 weeks. I got frustrated and also posted the incident into social networks but still there isn’t any resolutions regarding this. So I have come here to plead the complaint board to help me in this matter where I can get back my paid money of rupees 136899/- for unsuccessful transaction made on FLIPKART.

I am also attaching screenshots for a better understanding of the issue.

refund

Dear Sir,

this has reference to your email and i would like to inform you that i have provided with all the details needed by you including the credit card statement and the refund amount which you are saying that have been refunded is yet to be received by me. sir, i would further like to add to your information that while going through the details it was brought to my notice by your representative that they have received 3 tablets back but only 2 tablets have been received by your merchant.

sir, that is the reason the refund is not credited to my account moreover i have receipt of 3 tablets which was collected from me. you are once again requested to please look into the matter and refund the said amount of Rs. 3699/- at the earliest as this matter is pending for long period. sir, i would further like to add to your information that i have purchased the tablets 3 tablets vide my HDFC Credit card on emi and i m still paying the emi for 12 months whereas i did not get the refund back or the tablets back. therefore it is my humble request to please look into the matter seriously as this matter is pending for long time and i have been getting only fake assurance that my matter will be solved within days but till date the matter is still pending.

i hope you will do the needful and oblige. awaiting for favorable reply from your side at the earliest.

Regarding defective piece of Karbonn A27+

I am a regular buyer form flipkart. I never returned any product to flipkart. I got my last product (Karbonn Smart A27+ mobile) order number: OD40126094777 , Within 20 days of phone receipt mobile started having speaker problems. On that day we took phone to customer service center at ulhasnager but they said that because of online purchase phone is not under warranty period.
I had received my mobile on 1st feb and problem started from 20th feb, since 4th march it is at service center they neither gave it to us nor repair it.

I am very disappointed with this kind of service from Flipkart. As we are buying from Flipkart not from the supplier so why should I have to follow the suppliers warranty. Flipkart never informed the customer that the replacement warranty is from seller side. Though the product was in warrrenty.
