I been lost money in my bank account someone transact with out my permission dec.13 happen but i did not use my mobile bcoz i been bust at my work...dec 14 i saw a message then i call ryt away the adcb hotline and explain to them then they block my card and issue new one and they said wait for 1 to 2 days then i already saw it in my bank that its already deducted the 206 usd and 988.80 usd. Then they call me to report to police then i went and explain butvthe police ask me to get a dispute letter of the bank but the adcb refuse to give me...its sad i work hard for it and it just lost with out my knowledge...i been 8 years using adcb when some one do a transactiin they always call me to confirm it but this time i did not recieve a call...and now my money was lost i cannot get it back...i sad to say but im not secure anymore at adcb bcoz i list 4520 aed dirhams and they did not do anything about this...and im thinking how come they take money at my bank account i didnt even give any information or otp how come the scammer took money with out my consent i did not even recieve emails regarding this matter but still i lost money...
