Support for travel Date change

Dear Sir/Madam
I travelled from Dubai to Sialkot on round trip FLAX ticket. In Pakistan planned to change date but on line could not change. So, I sent an email to let's [email protected] 4 days prior to the scheduled travel date. Called Karachi office. Representative do not proper information. So after lengthy conversation, holding phone for many time and getting information, most reply was baseless, such as that I shall call Dubai office as I purchased on line from Dubai and payment was made by credit card, so only Dubai office will help. I insisted that is not reasonable. Then he wanted me to forward the date, time of the email sent on address in pakistan. So, I did but I did not seek proper information and support.

I sent the following email 4 days before our departure date, and did not get a response till now. We (family) traveled March 09 from Dubai to Sialkot and the return was April 17.



Today, I called Flydubai - Karachi office. Mr. Shariq attended my call.

I want to change our flight date around Eid (we are not specific) as I am flexible for travel dates
Where, I can send my gravaince as Mr. Shariq was uninformed and most of the information was misleading.
I tried to manage booking on April 13 but maybe the site was not working, so I sent an email.
Sorry to highlight, Mr. Shariq, You told about 40 min before - during phone conversation to send me email address for local office by SMS - text but waiting still
Please help me and solve the issue as our tickets for return are Flax - Not Value.

Delay in the Flight for almost 2 hours.

I am writing this email ashamed and upset of whatever caused to me day before yesterday dated 4th June 2018. Flight number FZ 446 BOM to DXB, Booking reference: #BDVGNL passenger name Faiz Nazir myself. The flight was supposed to take off at 04:50 am IST but due to the irresponsible behaviour of the Crew we were only allowed to take after 6:35 am IST.

The flight started to leave the parking around 4:25am IST and while approaching to run way the ground staff stopped the captain to take off as one of the ground staff showed the red signal to the captain for not OK to fly as the there was a gate not properly closed of the flight all the way from the runway to the parking again the captain took a long time nearly 2 hours we were sitting in the flight. It really took a Toll on all of us as i was and also many in the flight was fasting as this the holy month of ramadan.

It was seriously the worst day of my life as it delayed all my scheduled works back in Dubai. The passengers were really getting tortured due to all this. Also the Air condition was not working properly and the baby sitting next to me started crying.

Moreover, The flight to DXB to BOM dated 1st July 2018 FZ445 got delayed for 1 hour. Both the flight round trip with fly dubai was a nightmare to me as it really hindered in my fasting.

I want you to look in to this matter at the earliest and request you to please keep a close check with the operation of the Fly Dubai staff as i am a frequent flyer i would like to ask for a refund for the flight ticket. Or i would be forced to cancel all my bookings with fly dubai in the near future i am again flying to BOM to DXB round trip on 29th July 2018 to 25th August 2018 with Booking reference: 58GFK7 passenger name Faiz Nazir myself.

Delay in the Flight for almost 2 hours.

Payment

I made a payment to fly dubai using my ENBAD online banking and the payment was made instantly but fly dubai clamis that they didint received the money and asked for a bank statment ! , off course giving them a bank statment wasn’t an option because my cr card offical statement would take more than 2 weeks , anyways I offered them a snapshot of my online statement and they told me that i shouldn’t be worried
And my booking would still be valid .
But when i called next day they canceled my booking !!

So if you want to be charged for a service that you wont get when you need , and spend alot of time explaining to more than 10 employees your situation go with fly dubai.

Refund

I had a ticket to Macou through Bangkok . In DXB airport after I checked in, on the last gate one of fly dubai crew didn't allow me to travel and snd me back . Then I found that they canceled the ticket with no refund.

They stoped me for no reason as I have no problem to continue my trip , and this make me book another tickit and lose my hotel booking in Macau

WORST SERVICE EVER

THIS IS REGARDING MY EXPERIENCE WITH FLY DUBAI ON 17/12/2015.
I BOOKED MY TICKETS TO OMAN & WAS ON TIME AT THE CHECK-IN COUNTER AND SECURITY CHECK-IN.
THE FLIGHT WAS SUPPOSE TO DEPART AT 3:15AM, AND I WAS SUPPOSE TO BE AT GATE BEFORE IT CLOSES. DUE TO MY IMMIGRATION AND SECURITY CHECK-IN, I REACHED THE GATE WHILE IT WAS GETTING CLOSED, AND COULD SEE THE LAST PASSENGERS WALKING TOWARDS THE CONNECTING WAGON. WORST SCENERIO WHERE THE FLY DUBAI STAFF WASN’T AVAILABLE TO ANSWER OR ASSIST YOU ANYWHERE INSIDE THE GATES AND OUTSIDE THE GATES, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PEEP.
I URGENTLY RUSHED TOWARDS THE OTHER GATES TO SEEK FOR THE FLY DUBAI STAFF, BUT THE OTHER FELOW STAFF STATED IT IS A REGULAR PRACTICE AND THEY DO THIS ALL THE TIME.
SOON AFTER THIS I HAPPENED TO SEE THE BUSINESS LOUNGE OF FLY DUBAI, WHERE THE GENTLEMAN GUIDED ME TOWARDS THE SAME GATE WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO WAIT THERE.
ALAS, AFTER I KNOW THAT THE FLIGHT ALREADY TOOK OFF, I FIGURED A LAID BACK FLY DUBAI STAFF BEHIND THE CROWD.
RUDE IN THEIR APPROACH THEY RELUCTANTLY TOLD TO BUY THE NEW TICKET AND TEAR THE OLD ONE.
THEY DID NOT TOOK THE PAIN TO EVEN GUIDE TOWARDS THE CANCELLATION OF THE UNUSED RETURN TICKET FROM OMAN TO DUBAI.
DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE, I HAD TO SPEND THE REMAINING NIGHT AT AIRPORT WHILE WAITING FOR ANOTHER FLIGHT IN MORNING PLUS HAD TO PAY ANOTHER AMOUNT OF AED700 FOR 2ND SET OF TICKETS.
I WOULD REALLY RAISE THIS AS NEGLIGENCE TOWARDS THE RUSHING PASSENGERS AND MINTING CASH ON THE PASSENGER’S EMERGENCIES.
FLY DUBAI – I NEED MY MONEY BACK WHICH I SPENT DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF YOUR STAFF.

DEAR ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, I HIGHLIGHT THIS HERE, NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICES FOR YOUR CRUCIAL TIMES AS YOU CANNOT EXPECT ANY CO-OPERATION NOR A GOOD SERVICE FROM FLY DUBAI.
