Disallowing for Checkin and not responding against refund
I purchased a round trip ticket DOHA-DUBAI-MUSCAT of FLYDUBAI from a travel agent with confirmed booking and details below:

Ticket: FZ/ETKT 141 5426167427
The journey to start from Doha on 28 July and reach Muscat via Dubai on the same day. The return journey fro Muscat on 01 August reaching Doha via Dubai on the same.
On 28 July At Doha airport I was denied for checkin by the FLYDUBAI staff at airport mentioning the reason that the validity of my QATAR Residence Permit is not valid for six month or more. Therefore, I could not travel to Muscat and my round trip remained unused.
Now while asking for the refund against the unused ticket the FLYDUBAI is not responding positively.
I have checked the Rules and requirements for obtaining the visa on arrival from the official website of Royal Oman Police. The requirement is a valid RP of any Arab GCC country and a passport valid atleast for 6 month. I fulfilled both the requirements even the FLYDUBAI staff at Doha airport denied the checkin. The manage incharge there refused to endorse the on the ticket for refund and mentioned that they will be sending emails to all concerned including the Travel agent company for the refund.
So far the travel agent company has not received any email from them.
It is a case of ill treatment to a genuine passenger and FLYDUBAI must refund the amount.
