I am Mr abdirahman Mohamed aden i am complaining one of the Uganda airport office workers for flydybai and his name John something. Becouse I have aticikid 25july2017 for that day in that 14:50 time and I become to the airport at 13::20 that day the Uganda airport was bussy and more checkpoints when I reach the counter at the same time they closed the counter and they don't allowed me after I go to office in the airport it was closed more than 3 hours we was 12 person we wait until he come and we discussed to him after along time he said I will all of you the next flight with out charge and we excepted all and I talked his numbar to collect him after I called and I asked him my tickid he said for me come to the airport office the date of the flight and take the ticikid after the day of flight when I go to airport and I go direct to the office to get my ticikid the office was closed and I call him he said for me just i don't have atime I am in the airplain and go back the kampala office i left from the airport becouse he don't give me my ticikid the next day I go to the kampala office and they said for me your ticikid expired just i requesting to get my tickid back and also I am advising for fly Dubai office in to the airport to open the office when they have to help the customer by
