missed my connection flight due to the operational delay from the side of flydubai

I was travelling from tbilisi to cochi on 31/07/2018 with flydubai flight number FZ712. According to my ticket the flight is at 15.30 from tbilisi and reach dubai at 18.45 and next connecton flight to cochi is at 20.00. But from tbilisi my flight was delay for 1.15 hours.when i asked from tbilisi about my connection flight they informed me that they'll wait for me.and i reached at 20.05 in dubai.and from dubai they said me alreday the flight is gone. then they said my next flight is in the next day evening at 8pm. i was in a hurry and i can't wait for a day there,so i changed my destination to chennai and i took a domestic flight to cochi paying from my hand. They was not ready to do anything even though they know that a passenger is coming from tbilisi.How can you ask a passenger to wait for 24 hours for the next flight. please take my complaint seriously and do somrthing.

loss of baggage

Due to late departure of Flight No. FZ-686 on 6th July 2018, i missed my connecting flight FZ-433 from dubai airport. After 24 hrs waiting at Dubai I reached my final destination Lucknow (India) by Air India Flight IX194, DXB-LKO. Which is arranged by Flydubaion 7th July 2018. But i didn't received my luggage(5 PCs) at Lucknow airport. As per Air India staff, luggage is not loaded & need to followup from Flydubai. Here you are requested to arrange to deliver my luggage as soon as possible because we came india without any luggage and facing lot of problems.
Your prompt action is highly appreciated.
