I'm Habeebulla , an Oman resident Passport No Z5304661. I'm writing this mail to inform one bad experience i have faced in my travel transit through dubai.

Dubai is a country who welcoming all the nationalities and safeguarding everyone's right.But what happens today in dubai makes me mentally down.

I was taken ticket from fly dubai for my travel from Oman to China on 2nd november 2022. I have transit through Dubai and Manila. I have all the required documents with me including HDC code from china embassy.

Initially everything goes smooth. I got Boarding pass of Flydubai from Oman Airport to Manila. All my transit was within 24 hour.I already taken pcr test within 28 hours and 48 hours.

But when i reached dubai, they don't allow me to transit through dubai even i already have the boarding. They says 2 reason for that. one is i dont have confirmed return tickets and the other is PCR test from dubai. Actually my flight from oman lands dubai at 14.30 and the next flight to manila is on 19.55. So only 5 hours is there. Its not posible for one to get a pcr within that time period. Even if its the rule , why oman airport flydubai airlines gives me the Boarding pass? I have lost my money, time and a part of my life.

I hope you will understand my suitation and take an urgent action towards this. I was in a mental stress now due to the behavoiur of Fly dubai Airline. Please take action towards this.

I need an proper compensation for this action of airline. And also, I need to stop this kind of airline's actions which is costing a life of human.

Please take an urgent action . Beacuse i don't want any other peraon to face a suitation like this. Im attaching my airline ticket and boarding pass along with it.
