Folley's Collision Center
It's been over 1 Year and they can't get the parts to fix my RV. They received a check for $8300 from my insurance company.
I have asked for a refund but they refuse. I even had The President of the RV assoc. of New England contact them and nothing. He went there 4 times to there location.
They are holding me hostage that I can't get it fixed,they will not give me my money and I can't trade it in.
There has to be a time line. OVER ! YEAR and they can't fix it. I think that is more than enough time
Attached is the 93 A letter. Why should I as a consumer have to hire a lawyer when you can see this is fraud.
