Lack of Houston Broadcast

Why did Fox SPorts not broadcast the Houston Astros vs Boston Red Sox game 6 on the local Fox station ? Not everyone has access to FS1 !!

Why do you pay commentators when all we can hear is the crowd noise, even the ref's are drowned out. I thought they no description experiment failed in the 70' Even the Half Time league scores are over powered by noise or music. .Doesn't anyone listen to your broadcast to evaluate your product?
