I signed up in April 2020 to receive a free yarn promotion and a free class I did have to give my banking information to them at that time I never received the yarn I did not take it vantage of any classes that were offered I did however cancel and become unsubscribed to free yarn club at that time May 2020 they started charging me $19 a month as of May 2020 through and still as of September 2020 Totaling $114 to date I went to their site login went to change payment card it states there is no card listed but they’re still taking money from my account I cannot contact anyone they are not listening to me I am ready to file charges with my attorney any help would be appreciated
