FREELOTTOSUB*SERVICE taking money out of my account without authorization.

I'm demanding that FREELOTTOSUB*SERVICE of New York refund my money they have taken from account in April and May 2016. I wrote to them that I was withdrawing from their FreeLotto mid April, but still they went on and cashed $16.3 on April 24 and also did the same thing today May 25, . So I' am asking them to refund me a total of $32.6 to my credit card immediately!
