unauthorized charges

****CONSUMER BEWARE**** PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS!!

FREESHIPPING.COM has been charging my cc for several months now. I've called several months ago to have them cancel and they have yet canceled the charge of $12.97 a month. Spoke to another customer service representative tonight, and he is suppose to cancel and refund my cc only $12.97 but did confirm that I spoke to someone and they did not cancel this subscription, which was never a subscription. Be aware of this company!!!
