Unwanted voip
Frontier verbally transfered a internet service contract to me from another individual without letting me know they were also transfering a voip line. Which I would have declinded if they told me about it. I have auto paid my bill for almost 5 years. $1200 in a service I didn't ask for or needed or even used. They wouldn't even issue me a partial refund
Their executive customer service representative said its my responsibility to verify im not being charged for some thing I didn't purchase.
This representative also admitted that I could have saved $10 per month if I modified my plan which would be $600 of the $1200 I'm looking for as a refund. He also blamed me for not verifying what I had, and the individual before me, assumed was only internet service
The voip line was never used and I just found out recently that I have been charged for 5 years for it

Frontier Communication
Since Frontier Communication took over the Verizon FIOS and phone land lines in Washington state, I had only problem with their billing. This year the billing that was previously done by Verizon is now directly handled by Frontier Communication.
My bill slowly went up from 145$ to 163$ and then jumped to 230$ and 253$ in the last 2 months Aug and Sept.
Spent hours on the phone with customer service trying to get the problem corrected and even had to cancel TV service to try reducing the robbery that Frontier was making on my account.
This month the bill came in again even higher. I called again and they said the had no records of the oder about changing the service, but they did switch one of my phone lines to the Frontier LD which indicates that they must have seen the order.
I belive they just lied to me and tried to rip me off again. I said I was not going to pay any bill again till they send me a correct bill and the list of current services.This company is just a fraud pure and simple.

lost my ACH payments
Has anyone else had problems with Frontier's billing department? I had been sending ACH payments for years and then suddenly they lose two! My bank confimed that Frontier had received my payments, but would verify that they were credited to the correct account. My husband has called several times and is really getting the run around. He was told to fax the info and was assured that a 'case' would be opened. After several phone calls, he was told that a case was in fact never opened! Now we have a new fax number to send our complaint and proof of payment to. Meanwhile, they have $100 of our money...I want to dump them for a Ooma phone now, but am afraid that they will never refund my money if I leave!!

lost my ACH payments
Frontier lost my electronic payment, too. Customer service was mostly nice but really horrible at "service". After providing the amount, date the payment cleared, and last four digits of my checking account I was asked to fax proof of payment so a "payment investigation" could be started. Wow. Seriously?!? Trying to cancel service was really frustrating... I'm not even sure it's been canceled even though I could not have been more clear. Maybe my bank can block future transactions from Frontier.
