Delivery of rotten coconuts, dry lemons, andloose dry cabbage to sanjana Tripathy, Shivom colony,SBP, Odisha,India on 19th may 2021.

The home delivery order to Sanjana Tripathy ,shivom colony ainthapali placed on 18th may and delivered on 19th may 2021 contained 2 rottened coconuts ,2dried lemons and 1 loose dry cabbage.All the items ordered under other sections amounting to more than Rs. 1500 were OK .But this fruit and vegetable section is not trust worthy.What service can you provide me in this regard.I need to get these of good quality to be supplied again to me.

I run a boys hostel and buy vegetables in huge amount at the end of every month. Therefore, I decided to buy vegetables from freshfalsabzi this time. They promised me for discount. I was happy as I bought much vegetable in fewer amounts. I brought the vegetables and put in the store. When one of the workers went in the store to bring vegetables too cook. He found some spoiled items. We then checked the whole lot and discovered that 80% of the vegetables are rotten. So, I told this thing to freshfalsabzi but they respond in unexpected ways. He blamed me for putting a wrong allegation on them. They called me liar and did not return my money. Thus, money and time both got wasted. Friends, freshfalsabzi are a fraud company and it looted its customer. They con their customer by giving discount and selling spoiled items. Never visit such a fraud company. FreshFalSabzi is a crap.

For the marriage of my son, I bought fruits and vegetables from freshfalsabzi store. Well, I told them the date when I needed the delivery. But, they did not deliver at the specified day and delayed by 2 days. After this the worker took the vegetables out of the bag to cook then they discovered that 70% of the items were putrefied. I was shocked with all these things. I called immediately to the manager and met with him in the store of freshfalsabzi. He denied about the spoiled items and in the meantime blamed me for putting spoiled items in the bags of freshfalsabzi. I was double shocked by such a behavior of the manager. In the end I had to throw all the items and thus my money and time both got wasted. I complained about freshfalsabzi in the court. But, the damage has been already done. Due to spoiled and rotten vegetables my son’s marriage got spoiled. I hate freshfalsabzi. Government must take their license of selling so that they would never fraud other customers.
