Order Conformation

I can't find out if my order went through. It show's that it went through on my Credit Card. When I checked out it said it was proccessing. But I could not get a conformation e mail. Then I tried again it said insufficent fund's. How do I know if it went through? Please help me with this. Thank You. Wayne Turner
