Try to get a recording of one of these calls if possible and if you have take note of your caller id would be heplfull to the FTC . A quick internet search of this company reveals only some other complaints but the no such company appears to exist, Also I would suggest the threats be reported to your local law enforcement agency .

They are leaving threatening messages with my children. They have themscared to death. How do I report to the FTC when I have nothing other than a telephone number?

This company called a business direct line (not mine) and left personal information on that phone, called my mother and was rude and threatened her and called my cell phone and left a threatening message on my phone. I called back and the man proceeded to call me a liar that they had call all those numbers. He proceeded to tell me it was a locating service that called but wouldn't give me the name. He would not give me the address of their company or a fax number and refused to send me anything in writing other than to serve me papers. When I proceeded to ask for a managing partner's state bar number or a license number of their company, I was conveniently hung up on. I called back and asked the same information, their response was I could rectify the account with the payday loan company or go to court, my choice. When I asked how I could rectify something I didn't even know what they were talking about, they proceeded to get very nasty. I proceeded to explain that pursuant to the FDCPA I was entitled to a written demand. They told me I was wrong and I just needed to take care of a debt from 2008. Funny thing, they would not tell me what bank it was with or any other information, however they had my SS#, phone numbers and address. This makes me very nervous that there are creepers out there. Any help with these guys would be appreciated.

Report this activity to the FTC, sounds like another pay day loan scam.
