Barang stuck Dari 8/04/2020

Barang order dari 6.04.2020 pending dekat pusat mel.national 8.04.2020 sudah masuk 6 hari barang tak keluar lagi, sekarang dah 14.04.2020. call pos laju tak pernah dapat. Tolong update! Barang sudah terlalu lama dekat sana, sampai bila nak tunggu??
