Later part of 2014, I made some purchases from the local FYE in our area. Today, 4/30/15, as I was looking at my bill due 5/15/15, I see 2 charges of $11.99 each. This is the only time it dawned on me that I am being charged on something that I did not purchase or apply for. In the past couple of months, since the due amount was minimal, I did not bother to verify what charge it was. I just paid the due amount by mail or online. Today, looking at the previous bills, I realized I have already paid blindly 3 payments of $11.99 each. FYE stop scamming your customers. I need this recurring charge be stopped from my account.
