I had signed up for the FYE membership rewards card in December. I went to cancel the membership prior to the magazine charges kicking in and FYE claimed they had no record of my membership number, therefore they could not cancel the membership. Well surprise! I just got a bill on my credit card for magazines thru the FYE rewards! Shame on you FYE! If this is how you are attempting to keep a customer base, it's not working.
