I purchased a G.E. dryer new from home depot...they installed it....it stopped drying clothes and a service tech from G.E. came out and explained that several parts had to be ordered and that it would be two weeks until they came in and he scheduled another service call.....I have been without a dryer for one month now....they called today and said one part on list was still backordered and they would let us know when it would come in when they knew which now could be anytime.....this is a brand new dryer...did I mention that? Home depot says returns within 48 hrs on major appliances.......G.E. says go back to the seller of the product.....unacceptable....how about a loaner dryer until they can get their act together? needless to say I am done with G.E. products......
