Refund

I bought online mobile Coolpad note 6 worth Rs.9599 at 2nd july 2018 and order number is 0DAA589EE78E749F83 from gadget360. Today i want to return coolpad note 6 to gadget360. They are saying to send pictures of all accessories, handset, retail slip along with concerned letter from authorized coolpad service centre. I never saw this kind of things. Even amazon or flipkart return policy are very easy. So, i want to book a complaint for harrasing customer. Ab kya mai office chorke tumhare showrooms me ghumu? I promise i will never buy any product from GADGET360.COM
