Have bought Gambler Menthol tobacco for years Since the pandemic it appears that they are using floor shackings to fill bags. This tobacco is stopping up rolling machine And tearing tubes shake will not go down to filter in tubes! Is this a money ploy to Deceive American Smokers! Ridiculous unfortunately they have so many people addicted Stop Making Trash! Shake will not Roll! This is not at bottom of bag when opened top has good tobacco rest of bag Shake.

Almost every box of tubes I have bought in the last 3 years, has been short 4 or more tubes! Doesn't matter where I purchased them. It happens so often that it must be on purpose. Is this a cost cutting issue?
I have no issues with the quality of the tobacco, or even the price. With the exception of the tubes. Why is the price a dollar more for menthol? Since I have to pay a dollar more, I expect to get the entire box!! Not be shorted by 4 tubes every time!
