Patrick Rich and Patrick Hornef are scammer

I purchased a certified 2012 Infinit to Garcia on 12/29/16. Two weeks or so later when I had the fluids checked, the mechanic checking the fluids found a leak next to the transaxle case plug and a seal for the transaxle case. I informed the Sales Manager, Patrick Rich and he started swearing at me about how hard he busted his A## to get the deal done. That is problem one. Problem two is I tried to contact corporate 6 times over the course of 6 weeks to no avail. Problem three is that the transaxle fluid is in need of changing and if they indeed did an inspection, they should have found that. Before I even took it off the lot, a check engine light came on and the ignition coil needed to be replaced. Again, if they had done the inspection, they should have found it. I also have tried to contact the finance department to find out the expiration date of the certified warranty and in two weeks, I never heard back from them. I called for status on the repair numerous times on 1/16 and as of noon, Mountain time, they could not give me a status. At Noon, they had the vehicle in their possession for 5 hours.

Very bad customer and sales services Patrick Rich and Patrick Hornef, Personally recommended not to go garia infiniti they are scammer and treated there customer very badly they insane your family as well as you money, Thief of the picture is attached for reference never ever deal with this

Fakes Sales Represetatives Patrick hornef and Patrick Rich

I rarely give negative reviews because I know that isolated incidents can occasionally arise. BUT, having been exposed to torturous attempted buying experiences on multiple occasions to spend over $48, 000, the whole experience screams of frustration, obstruction, delay and a general attitude of incompetence. My experience started with a telephone call with patrick to get answers to some questions about a "pre owned" new Infiniti. After a straight forward conversation I made an immediate offer, $1, 500, i.e. 3% below asking and said that I was prepared to go to the dealership within 3 days, certified cashiers check to buy. Two days later with no response, I called back and got an immediate, "we were about to call you - NO, we don't accept anything less than asking - full price only" I asked why no counter and was told this rock bottom no discussion. "OK, well, let me know if you would reconsider"-" NO, we don't negotiate." 1 week later I got a price change alert that they had dropped the price by $1000 - which was 500 more than my offer! So much for no negotiation or price change. So, with some dread I called again and spoke with patrick. Offered their full asking price-just wanted to wrap it up. Patrick as a salesman was was only playing games. I again stated that I would buy with no conditions other than seeing the car and a test drive. I asked for a sales/ contract agreement to ensure actual price and car details, fees etc. so no surprises. Never got this. After another week of repeated e mails, texts, calls, and I finally speak with the manager to get things done, and he tells me the car is sold! I am crushed and explain my frustrations. he is sympathetic and takes charge, finds out the car is NOT sold, so we are back on track. Due to some stupid rules, I can't buy the car in Albuquerque without paying Calif. tax even though I reside in Colorado and will pay tax, registration title fees etc. I have to ship the car to NM avoid CA sales tax, which at 9% is three times my burden in NM!! So I ask can they ship and to the sales manger's credit he gets an email out and I get a fast quote, I agree with responding e mail, I will pay shipping, let's get this done. Next day I send another email and telephone follow up to salesman patrick. "Great, we'll get back to you with written contract." - Another day goes by and nothing -no written details, or even anything resembling a contract or even phone call... I call again - I said I would fly in to see the car and test drive, bring a check and get them to ship the car. What else can I do to twist their arms to sell the car with NO conditions or haggling? OK we will email the details. Great. 3 days later, no email. no contract, nothing! Cannot figure out what these guys think operating a business like this. I have spent almost 1 month trying to buy a car that is for sale with NO conditions, and it is as if I am causing this company an enormous embarrassment to take legitimate funds. What more do they want?? Who buys without any written details, let alone a sales contract? Why is buying a car so horrendously trying? What can this trial by torture achieve? As much as I have tried, I do not understand this mind bogglingly horrendous experience. I wish this was a fairy story or some type of April fools day experience, but it is a true recollection of actual events. I really would like to buy the car, but how can I - so am not going to endure any more torture. This whole experience may explain why the car remains unsold... I will, now, start again and if I pay more then so be it. At least I will buy a car instead of wasting huge amounts of time and energy!

very bad sales representatives patrick hornef

I will no longer be using your services due to an encounter I have had with one of your sales representatives patrick hornef while I was car shopping for the Thanksgiving Holidays. I was rudely denied military discounts as a veteran. I don't get my feelings hurt easily, but your company policy really bothers me. Maybe as a company you don't allow discounts to military or veterans for using a vehicle from Enterprise for personal use. Although I disagree with this, I have come to find out that you discount it for active duty with military orders. Since the government pays for all active military travel costs, the company is in essence providing discounts to the government not the actual assertive member or veteran. It saddens me to think that a company would have such a policy. very bad company

Garcia Infiniti and Patrick Hornef

I should have listened to all the negative comments about Garcia Infiniti and Patrick Hornef. I didn't and got screwed! All these negative comments can't be wrong. Go to Albuquerque Showroom There are plenty of other dealers around that are reputable. Don't make the mistake I did.

The worst experience to deal with the sales person Patrick F Hornef.

These people Patrick Hornef and customer service representative actually get butt hurt over an average or poor rating given to them. They will confront you about it. Instead of fixing the problem they make it worse. I will never have any more auto repair work done at this place. They do average to subpar work, take their time and give big attitude. Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable and more professional service center. This place is awful and I'm not kidding!!

Worst runaround I have had in my many years of buying cars. First they bait and switched me, then sold the car I signed a contract for and kept my deposit for 12 days. I would avoid this garcia infiniti dealership at all costs as there are many of their competitors you can buy from.

The worst experience to deal with the sales person Patrick F Hornef.

Fraud Patrick Hornef

I went to this auction on Valentine's Day and stayed there from 11 am until 10 pm with my family. I inquired about a vehicle and the man named Patrick Hornef walked me to an office and said give me 2600, so I asked can I check out the vehicle before full payment and he answered yes, but after 4 hours I still didn't get to check. Long story short I took it to a mechanic and ended up spending 1800 + dollars on top of the 4, 366 I spent buying the car and now I need a transmission that cost 2, 700. If you're looking for a “reliable vehicle" you won't go there. They don't care, they just take your money and you're screwed basically.

I would strongly advise anyone to rethink doing business at Garcia Infiniti, even the sales manager didn't stand behind his promises.

Following month new radiator was needed along with a thermostat $1920+. This month 2nd aug 16 the air conditioning is not working and estimated costs will exceed $450.00. Lost 2 days of pay due to the situation, time in shop for repairs

Worst Patrick Hornef sales and Garcia Infiniti car dealer

Garcia Infiniti is the worst dealer ever. Ever since I purchased a car with them, it’s been problem after problem. I have taken the car to their showroom and have left it for up to three days, several occasions where they said they would fix it. And when I get the car back, it still has the same problem which means they didn't do anything to it. There sales advertise that all cars have three years warranty on motor transmission and AC. Well, I have taken my car with transmission failure and all they say is, “I test drove it and checked the transmission, and there’s nothing wrong with it.” That’s a lie because as of right now, my car has completely stopped, and won’t go forward - only in reverse. They don’t want to do anything to fix it knowing the car has 3 years of warranty supposedly.

As soon as you pay for your car, things, like smiles and helpfulness go away very quickly the sales guy name Patrick Hornef worst sales and car dealer forever very very bad i recommended every one to stay away from garcia infiniti

Worst Sales and Customer Services

I purchased the car and 6 days later the engine blew. Long story short, Patrick Hornef said "take it to Garcia." THE ENGINE NEEDED REPLACED. After 2 weeks I got it back. When I got it back the engine ran but the air conditioner was broke so the next day took it BACK FOR AIR CONDITIONER. Then I had this car for 3 weeks and it overheated. The engine light came on... I haven't been driving it. I am going to take it in for repairs again but I am afraid I have been too trusting. Now it's been 2 months. I am going to take it in. I hope CarHop/UAC make it right. I have had this car two months and I'm afraid to drive it anywhere for fear it will break down. I am taking to THEIR mechanic tomorrow. My warranty is good. I'll have it FIXED again. Hmmm fixed... Right.

Updated on 07/16/2016: Well it's been a couple of weeks update. I called 07/15/16 to tell them I had fixed the car. It cost me but I would pay them Aug 1 my July 1 bill. They said no. That if I didnt pay the full amount they would disable my starter. WELL... AN HOUR LATER I CHECKED AND YES ONCE AGAIN STRANDED WITHOUT TRANSPORTATION. I am a single 32 yr who has to not only figure out a way around but I have PTSD. This is not my idea of good customer service. That car altogether has ran for maybe 2 1/2 weeks total. I finally get it working and garcia turns it off. I need a lawyer.

Worst Customer and Sales Services

Myself and my wife brought a GarciaInfiniti 2016 Infiniti Q50 3.0t Premium. After we found the one we liked a 2016, they let us stay there for about 8 or 9 hours. Then they finally let us take the car home. But for some reason, they gave us a dealer plate when we gave them a trade in? The next day they wanted the Dealer plate back and told us we had to bring it in the following week to get the air pressure sensors done and the tow hitch we paid for in advance.. Well they did fix the tire pressure sensors however the hitch is on back order. Now 2 months later we are still waiting.

The sales guy patrick hornef is just a terrible sale associates they are liar and they stole my earnings. They Stole my money that’s all nothing else, they drop my calls and never responding my messages as well the sales manager is also very very bad they never contacted me even i tried to much.

Patrick Hornef is Liar

That's not a good place to buy a car. They never say the truth. I saw a car for $30.500 when I signed the credit was approved for $54.000. When I asked the manager he said the increase of the monthly was for extras charges. It's crazy I'm paying $24.000 more for a used car. I never will go to this place again. The sales person Patrick is liar and just scammed you he stole your money.

Patrick Hornef Liar Sales Person at Garcia Infiniti

I purchased a 2016 Garcia Infiniti Sport from this dealership on July 9th 2016 from sales person Patrick Hornef that was my Big mistake. I came to Garcia especially because they were offering 10% interest and were offering the exact car that I was looking for in their online advertising. However, the vehicle could not be located and it was eventually disclosed the car had been sold about 6 months previously. In looking around the lot, I found a similar model with a window display tag stating "Garcia Infiniti SUPER sales Event, $28,556". (This was a demonstrator car which was manufactured in June 2015 - already a year old.)

This is the car I wound up taking. However, I did not get the displayed $28,556 price. Instead, I wound up being charged $33,534 - plus, I am still being charged interest! If I had realized this at the time, I never would have signed for the car; I assumed the sales agreement reflected what had been discussed with my sales person Patrick Hornef and what had been shown on the sales tag. I only became aware of this discrepancy when I checked the paperwork following contact with the finance company. Also, I had been promised a veteran's discount, which I did not receive, even though I traveled back home to get a copy (a 40-mile round trip). Do not buy from Garcia Infiniti. Do not believe their ads, sales person or even there showroom. These people missed their calling, they should have been politicians and liars nothing else.

Total crooks who have made our experience so bitter, that would never recommend buying or dealing with low life company Garcia Infiniti. main culprit is the sales consultant of garcia who is very very bad named patrick hornef

poort customers service of garcia infiniti

I have purchased 2 Infiniti Qx56 SUV's brand new from patrick sales man. My current 2012 has been in the shop over 10x with the same problem. The dealership explains the problem to me and how this is "unique." Each time the cause is something different when they document it and check you out. Now the truck is out of warranty and it will be my responsibility if it happens again. Trust me when I say, "It will happen again." Being stranded and having to be without my own vehicle for days. One time it was in the shop for 21 days, they claimed they were waiting for a part from overseas.

I did contact Infiniti corporate office and they refused to do anything. I had bizarre electrical problems with my first Infiniti QX56 as well. I had it in the shop multiple times and no one could ever figure that "unique" problem out either. I purchased my second one because it was the new body style and it was very spacious. The sales man was very sligh about and claiming it was all revamped and no issues reported. They do have a good looking vehicle but I will never never again buy an Infiniti. For the price ($80,000) you would expect more. They are not trained in customer satisfaction, quality or customers service.
