I also dyed my hair from baby blonde using nice n easy and then wanted to go lighter so i used garnier ice blonde and my hair went blue i have since put another baby blonde nice n easy and the blue is still there. I have washed and washed and even used washing powder as people said this may work i phoned garnier and they said there is nothing they can do just for my to try clarifying shampoo and something else not happy at all...!

I have been using your product "Garnier color naturals" for 2 years and have loved the product as it is very easy to use and gentle on the hair. I used Light Blonde for over a year and recently decided to go darker. I then switched to Dark Blond. However, as I am quite grey and as the Blond definately works better on my hair, I recently decided to go back to blond. I had my hair lightened by one shade 5 weeks ago. Today, I used Blond (7) on my hair and I noticed that the colour looked very dark as it was developing on my hair. My hair is now dark brown, much darker than it was when I used Dark Blond. I was worried that my hair might turn out slightly yellow, but never thought I would be a brunette! I left the colour on for 25 minutes. Clearly, the outcome wasn't what I expected.
