Paint peeling off inside the microwave

paint inside microwave peeling. We purchase 7 years back Microwave with conventional oven. We noticed the paint inside microwave peeling almost from 3 years and we don't know it is dangerous to use like that. I have small kids in my home :( . Please help me if it is repairable ,if not kindly help me with a replacement.
