I had a seal replaced on my GE dishwasher door on 1/12/21. It took the serviceperson ~ 15 minutes to complete the repair (using the new seal that I had purchased online). For this I was billed $256.83. I knew that the base charge would be $99.00 and I expected to pay a fee to the time spent, but not at a rate of $627.32 per hour! I called GEA Consumer Relations and was told that this was the normal charge for this service. This is totally unreasonable. Unless I receive an acceptable revised statement I will file complaints with the BBB and the NH Attorney General's office
